Laurelmont is a community of 197 homes built by the Mission Viejo company. There are three streets, Willowood (Built approx. 1985), Pepperwood (Built approx. 1986), and Primrose (Built approx. 1985).
There are 3 floor plans:
Plan A: 1,297 SF, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 2 Car Attached garage
Plan B: 1,451 SF, 2 Bedrooms + Loft (Builder option has the loft as 3rd Bedroom), 2.5 Baths, 2 Car Attached garage
Plan D: 1,716 SF, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 2 Car Attached garage
Robert, an original owner on Willowood, thinks that Plan B with a loft is the infamous Plan C.
Because Laurelmont was originally in Laguna Hills (Some Utility companies still show it that way), there is NO MELLO ROOS. When Aliso Viejo became a city, this area was annexed over to Aliso Viejo. The Lomas Laguna/La Posada tract next door switched from Aliso Viejo to Laguna Hills, but kept its Mello Roos bonds even though it's in Laguna Hills.
